The Technology Resiliency Specialist will be responsible for developing and optimizing robust resilience capabilities, especially in disaster and cyber recovery. By facilitating collaboration among various teams, you will ensure that recovery strategies align with business goals and RTO/RPO metrics.

This role offers an opportunity to enhance the security and performance of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design recovery solutions for cloud and on-prem systems

• Validate data integrity in isolated recovery environments

• Maintain recovery documentation and support audits

• Execute recovery procedures during real incidents

• Optimize vendor recovery solutions and performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in infrastructure or cloud engineering

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience

• Proficiency with disaster recovery and backup systems

• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools

• Experience with IRE or cyber recovery is advantageous
