Leo Berwick is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Engineer to execute effectively across our IT environment. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, support users, and ensure system reliability. This role involves troubleshooting issues and executing defined IT processes while contributing to ongoing projects. Strong operational discipline and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Microsoft 365 services and operational issues
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for users
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments
• Own support tickets from intake through resolution
• Contribute to IT projects and skill development
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mixed environments
• Familiarity with Intune or modern management tools
• Experience in a ticket-based support environment
