Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior IVR Developer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting DTMF and Voice Bot solutions within a large-scale enterprise contact center environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality IVR applications, ensuring seamless integration with contact center platforms, and maintaining high availability in a 24x7x365 production environment.
The position involves end-to-end development, integration, production support, and continuous improvement of enterprise IVR systems and conversational platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
IVR Development & Support
• Design, develop, and support DTMF and conversational IVR (Voice Bot) applications.
• Perform unit, component, and integration testing aligned with business and architectural requirements.
• Provide production support for mission-critical IVR applications in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Maintain high-quality, defect-free code and participate in peer code reviews.
Solution Design & Delivery
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Application Owners, Development Managers, and Technical Delivery Leads.
• Provide effort estimates for enhancements and new development initiatives.
• Design scalable, reusable components aligned with enterprise standards.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements and technical architecture.
Integration & Technical Analysis
• Integrate IVR applications with enterprise contact center platforms.
• Analyze and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement controlled remediation plans.
• Support system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with business, design, and technology teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of modern IVR and conversational AI practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Essential
Skills:
Experience
• 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development using Cisco CVP (Contact Center Voice Portal).
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably in financial services.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC environments.
