Job Description: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite preferred, 2 days minimum

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong hands‑on Salesforce experience to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements, user support, and business process improvement initiatives for one of our clients. This is a hands‑on hybrid role that combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and Salesforce administration.

The ideal candidate can gather and document business requirements, work closely with end users and stakeholders, and also execute core Salesforce Admin activities.
Financial Services experience is a requirement for this position.

• Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Create clear business requirements documents, functional requirements, and user stories
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions for technical teams
• Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and day‑to‑day platform administration
• Manage user setup, permissions, reporting, data uploads, and data maintenance
• Provide production support and help troubleshoot Salesforce‑related issues
• Work across business and technical teams to support delivery of new features and enhancements
• Contribute to initiatives such as client onboarding and API‑related process improvements as needed

• Experience working in a Business Systems Analyst

  , or similar role in a Salesforce environment
