Position: Director of AI Products at Manulife
Lead the development and deployment of AI capabilities at Manulife in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario. Drive innovation by overseeing platform standards and ensuring measurable production-ready solutions.

As the Director of AI Products & Platform, you will build reusable AI capabilities across Global Operations. Collaborate with Enterprise AI and Technology teams to define APIs, deployment templates, and quality standards. Your expertise will ensure that AI initiatives are effectively translated into actionable roadmaps while enhancing adoption metrics and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver reusable AI capabilities like document intelligence

• Define and maintain platform standards and templates

• Coordinate readiness planning and reliability improvements

• Establish success metrics using telemetry and feedback

• Develop and maintain common playbooks for consistency

Requirements:

• 8+ years in product management or AI/ML engineering

• Strong understanding of modern AI solution patterns

• Proven cross-functional leadership skills

• Experience with cloud-native AI/ML platforms

• Familiarity with MLOps and model governance practices
