Job Description & How to Apply Below

Join our Strategic Initiatives & Infrastructure team within Wealth Management Global Credit & Banking Solutions, where you will be the bridge between business vision and technical reality. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with leadership to execute ambitious initiatives that transform our global credit data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. This role requires deep technical expertise and sharp business acumen—you will work across regions to untangle complexity, standardize processes, and deliver solutions that drive real impact.

What

will you do?
  • Investigate and uncover opportunities—dig into business situations and infrastructure to identify strategic improvements, especially around regional and global data needs and data infrastructure capabilities.
  • Create global consistency—develop and implement standardized reporting logic that works seamlessly across platforms, decoupling platform‑specific implementations so teams can work more efficiently.
  • Map the ecosystem—trace integration logic and data flows to surface inconsistencies and cross‑domain dependencies; analyze global platforms to create capability maps that reveal duplication and regional variations.
  • Understand what’s needed—elicit both business and technical requirements, conduct impact analysis, and identify how changes impact across and downstream.
  • Translate between worlds—convert business capabilities into technical platform requirements, recommending smart options for consolidation, simplification, and clear system boundaries.
  • Partner for success—work hand‑in‑hand with business, data and technology teams to validate requirements, provide support during solution design and development, and guide testing phases to ensure delivery.
  • Bridge current and future—perform gap analysis between where we are and where we want to be, recommending solutions that balance client experience, cost, and risk through rigorous cost/benefit review.
  • Navigate governance with confidence—support and manage required governance and risk reviews (SRMAs, PRAs, DRAs, IRPs, etc.) to keep initiatives on solid ground.
What do you need to succeed? Must‑have (What You’ll Bring)
  • A relevant degree, formal business qualification, or hands‑on experience in related Programme, Project, or Change Management within global financial services.
  • Proven experience with project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile, combined with a strong understanding of both technical and business architectural principles.
  • Expertise in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation techniques—plus the ability to drive consensus across global stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and business process integration and consolidation—you know how to make complex systems work together.
  • Data skills—able to interrogate large data sets and break down complex ecosystems into clear capabilities, flows, and maps.
  • Creative problem‑solver—strong ability to collaborate effectively and deliver distinctive, impactful, and sustainable solutions that teams trust.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Experience optimizing banking, credit underwriting, collateral monitoring, or loan servicing processes—especially for HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Familiarity with data mesh and domain‑driven design concepts, plus enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience on large‑scale transformation projects spanning multiple jurisdictions or time zones.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Re‑engineering methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
What’s in it for you?
  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high‑performing team.
