Windows Server and AD Support Specialist

In this role, you will manage the Active Directory and DNS infrastructure, playing a vital part in monitoring system health. You will troubleshoot replication issues between domain controllers and provide proactive support for Windows Server environments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold system performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Active Directory and DNS environments
• Monitor replication issues across domain controllers
• Oversee installation and patching of Windows Servers
• Resolve Group Policy and AD authentication issues
• Collaborate with teams for optimal infrastructure performance
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Server
• Strong diagnostic skills in troubleshooting
• Experience with DNS configurations
• Knowledge of incident and change management
• Ability to perform proactive system monitoring
