AI Product Designer

Position: Join Clio as an AI Product Designer
Shape the future of legal tech with Clio as a Senior Product Designer. Lead innovative design efforts to enhance user experiences throughout the legal profession.

This position is open to candidates in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work closely with our customers to identify their needs, driving impactful enhancements to our AI-powered tools. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will guide the development from initial concepts through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on design strategies with Product and Engineering teams

• Build strong customer empathy through direct interactions

• Manage the entire design lifecycle for product features

• Elevate design standards by delivering cohesive experiences

• Influence design consistency across products and systems

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product design

• Proficient in designing for diverse customer segments

• Successful track record in shipping quality designs

• Strong skills in interaction, usability, and AI design

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
