Position: Senior Data Scientist at RBC Security
Elevate cybersecurity defenses as a Senior Data Scientist on RBC's Security Insights and AI team. Utilize advanced machine learning to identify and combat digital threats effectively.

In this full-time position based in Toronto, you'll design and deploy innovative AI solutions for threat detection. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers, your work will focus on large-scale data analysis and predictive modeling.

This role offers an opportunity to support enterprise-grade security operations while driving insights from complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI and ML statistical solutions

• Collect and analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets

• Validate model performance to meet stakeholder requirements

• Collaborate with business partners for actionable insights

• Use visualization tools to convey data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field;
Ph.D. or Masters preferred

• Minimum 2 years experience in machine learning and programming

• Proficiency in Python and data preprocessing

• Strong critical thinking and technical documentation skills

• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
