Black Kite Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a Black Kite Consultant to support the strategy and large-scale implementation of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program within a major banking client. This individual will play a key role in modernizing and scaling vendor risk processes, transitioning from legacy/manual workflows (e.g., Archer) to a more automated, intelligence-driven platform leveraging Black Kite.

• Lead advisory and strategy efforts for the implementation of Black Kite within the bank’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program
• Assess current-state TPRM processes, including manual workflows and legacy platforms (e.g., RSA Archer), and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Define and shape the future-state operating model for vendor risk, including governance, lifecycle processes, and risk segmentation strategies
• Provide subject matter expertise on third-party cyber risk intelligence and how Black Kite capabilities align to enterprise risk objectives
• Partner with key stakeholders across risk, cyber security, procurement, compliance, and business units to align on strategy and execution roadmap
• Develop implementation roadmaps, rollout plans, and adoption strategies for integrating Black Kite into existing operating models
• Guide decision-making on tool utilization, process design, and integration with existing systems (e.g., Archer, procurement workflows)
• Establish risk scoring methodologies, vendor tiering models, and continuous monitoring strategies leveraging Black Kite insights
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment, including executive presentations and recommendations on TPRM transformation

• Experience implementing or supporting Black Kite within an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) within a regulated industry (banking highly preferred)
• Hands-on experience with RSA Archer or similar legacy/manual GRC platforms
