Position: Senior AI Engineer (Machine Learning)
Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Machine Learning) to support the design, development, and scaling of enterprise-grade machine learning solutions. This role will focus on building production-ready ML models, developing end-to-end pipelines, and implementing MLOps best practices in a high-volume, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning models and pipelines (feature engineering, training, inference)

Develop and maintain MLOps frameworks, including model monitoring, performance tracking, and drift detection

Work with large datasets using distributed computing frameworks (, Spark)

Deploy and manage ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Write high-quality, production-ready code with strong testing and documentation practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews

Required Experience

years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles

Strong programming skills in Python (PySpark or Scala experience is an asset)

Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments

Hands-on experience with MLOps
, model lifecycle management, and tools such as MLflow

Experience with Spark
, Airflow
, and ML platforms (, Sage Maker, Kubeflow)

Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
