As part of the Pricing & Client Insights team, you will analyze client and matter data to create comprehensive reports.
Your role is essential in supporting best practices and collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring timely and accurate insights. Prepare and distribute client insights reports while identifying areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze client and matter data for reporting
• Conduct performance analyses for client portfolios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate reporting
• Support the enhancement of client insight processes
• Prepare monthly reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
Excel in analytics and client insights reporting while supporting initiatives that matter.
