Join the expanding IT team as a Junior User Support Engineer in Toronto with a hybrid work arrangement. Experience hands-on support for internal employees while growing your technical expertise.
This 6-month contract position focuses on providing technical support and responding to user inquiries. You will collaborate closely with experienced team members on troubleshooting issues, handling IT service requests, and documenting resolutions. Your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn will shine as you contribute to a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly technical support both onsite and remotely
• Assist with managing IT incidents and service requests
• Support setup and configuration of laptops and devices
• Document updates in the service management system
• Contribute to IT security compliance best practices
Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed Computer Science diploma/degree
• Familiar with Windows and macOS environments
• Basic understanding of computer hardware
• Strong communication skills and curiosity for emerging tech
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
