Become a key player in our startup as a Tech Support Specialist, where your problem-solving skills make technology work for our clients. You will handle device setups, light troubleshooting, and client onboarding efforts.

• Document recurring issues and solutions for playbooks
• Propose tech operational improvements
Requirements:
• Experience in IT support or similar roles
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communicator for client interactions
• Willing to travel locally as needed
• Adaptable in a dynamic startup environment
