In this role, you will play a key part in designing, administering, and evolving enterprise identity platforms that support secure, seamless access across workforce, partner, and customer ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions align with security, compliance, and digital transformation goals.

What You’ll Do Identity Platform Management- Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Azure AD)
- Configure, maintain, and optimize IAM solutions supporting authentication, authorization, and access lifecycle management
- Support integration of IAM platforms across enterprise systems and digital applications
- Contribute to platform roadmap aligned with security strategy and business objectives
- Manage identity flows across systems such as Active Directory, HR systems, CRM platforms, and cloud applications
- Enhance RBAC, MFA, and SSO configurations following best practices and regulatory requirements
- Partner with security, audit, and compliance teams to implement controls and support access reviews
- Contribute to IAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Develop and document scalable IAM processes and procedures
- Support access certification and audit activities
- Streamline access requests and approvals to balance security and user experience
- Enable automation of provisioning and deprovisioning processes
- Act as a liaison with vendors and managed service providers supporting IAM platforms
- Align vendor updates and capabilities with organizational needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver secure and efficient identity solutions
- Provide escalation support for IAM incidents and service requests
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process and platform improvements
- Contribute to incident reviews and implement proactive security measures
- Develop automation and workflows to enhance efficiency and audit readiness
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related security roles
- Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Azure AD)
- Strong knowledge of identity standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM) and Zero Trust principles
- Experience with user lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, privacy regulations)
- Experience supporting identity‑related incident investigations
- Understanding of IAM best practices (MFA, SSO, privileged access)
- Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- IAM certifications (e.g., Okta, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, or similar)
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA)
- Experience with IAM automation tools (e.g., Okta Workflows, Terraform)
- Exposure to data privacy and data governance practices
- Familiarity with modern enterprise integrations and APIs
