In this role, you will develop comprehensive enablement strategies and create impactful training content for the Alliances team. Your strong background in sales enablement, particularly in SaaS, will enable you to craft educational programs that enhance partner engagement. Collaborate across teams to drive successful launches and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute the Alliances enablement roadmap
• Architect comprehensive onboarding programs
• Facilitate training for new team members
• Collaborate with marketing on partner resources
• Develop standard playbooks for internal teams
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in sales enablement or related roles
• Direct experience in Alliance Management preferred
• Strong facilitator with engaging communication skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce and partner ecosystems
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
