In this role, you will influence high-impact IT environments and serve as a trusted technical advisor. Your contributions will involve direct client interactions, incident management, and collaboration with specialized teams to ensure optimal service delivery and technology performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive stability and performance of client systems
• Act as a point of contact between clients and ITI
• Manage incident priorities based on service agreements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams 24/7
• Identify and implement technical system improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a managed services setting
• Extensive networking experience needed
• Understanding of Nutanix, VMware, and Azure
• Client-facing experience as an advisor
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English
