As the Manager of Solutions Architecture, you will drive technical pre-sales engagements, translating complex requirements into innovative solutions on the Five9 platform. Collaborate with sales and customer delivery teams to provide technical leadership and create detailed system architectures for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive pre-sales engagements: from discovery to solution design
• Architect contact centers utilizing Five9 capabilities
• Collaborate with sales for technical proposal development
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation for clients
• Keep informed of Five9 updates and cloud trends
Requirements:
• 4+ years in solution architecture or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Five9 platforms and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with CRM and customer engagement solutions
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's in a related field
