As part of the Global Technology team, you will lead efforts in compliance, Disaster Recovery planning, and proactive departmental support. Your mission is to execute initiatives that align with Scotiabank's business strategies while fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a customer-centered approach to strengthen client interactions
• Oversee the implementation of Disaster Recovery plans and Runbooks
• Provide coordination and reporting for departmental initiatives
• Support Disaster Recovery events tied to BNS datacenters
• Monitor adherence to operational and compliance practices
Requirements:
• Proficient in advanced Excel, Service Now, and Power Point
• Familiar with SharePoint and Power BI
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Effective time management and team collaboration abilities
• Extensive knowledge of Disaster Recovery standards
