Deskside Support Analyst

At Compugen, we are looking for a skilled Deskside Support Analyst to enhance our onsite team. This role involves providing hands-on support, resolving technical incidents, and ensuring a seamless service experience for high-profile users. You'll also coordinate with service desk teams to promote best practices in end-user support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide white glove support for executives and VIP users
• Coordinate with onsite service desk for daily activities
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure accurate documentation in Service Now
Requirements:
• 5 years in customer service, 3 in end-user support
• Technical diploma in Computer Science or related field
• A+ certification and ITIL certification preferred
• Proficient in Windows OS and Active Directory
• Strong communication skills with VIP stakeholders
