The Canadian Buildings Division at PCL seeks an IT Student for a 4 or 8-month role starting September 2026. You will log support calls, assist with user and workstation setups, and provide troubleshooting for various IT-related tasks. You'll also take part in vital equipment handling activities and attend team meetings to strengthen your collaborative working skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log and manage IT support calls promptly
• Assist with the setup of user accounts and systems
• Provide troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Conduct equipment audits and maintain documentation
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate
Requirements:
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and basic IT support
• Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic skills in networking and familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps preferred
