Senior UX Researcher in Financial AI

Become the Senior UX Researcher focused on AI user experience for our FI client, dedicated to creating intuitive financial services. This full-time position entails 3-4 onsite days per week for a 12+ month duration in downtown Toronto.

With 7+ years of leading UX research programs, you will set a vision for user-centered AI initiatives.

Your role combines hands-on research with leadership to identify user needs, trust, and adoption of AI systems, working with cross-functional teams to drive impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set research direction for AI products

• Lead investigations into user needs

• Design and manage mixed methods studies

• Partner with diverse product teams

• Guide researchers and optimize operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years UX research experience

• Familiarity with AI and human interaction

• Strong leadership and influence skills

• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research

• Preferred experience in enterprise AI products
