Technical Support Specialist in Asset Management

This 12-month temporary role within the Technology Services Division involves overseeing hardware and software asset management processes. You will engage with cross-functional teams, manage data integrity, and contribute to service optimization initiatives. Critical skills include lifecycle management, analytical thinking, and experience with ITIL practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess hardware and software asset compliance
• Facilitate asset planning and support procurement activities
• Generate reports for asset management efficiency
• Liaise with teams for accurate data and issue resolution
• Conduct inventory audits and process improvements
Requirements:
• Education in Computer Science or related field
• Extensive experience in asset management
• Familiarity with Service Now asset management modules
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Capacity to meet deadlines under pressure
