Join our team as a Cloud Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect. Manage and enhance contact center solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to provide exceptional customer experiences.
We seek a passionate engineer to design, deploy, and support cloud contact center solutions. This 6-month contract position involves building IVR workflows and serverless architecture using AWS. Your contributions will influence omnichannel customer interactions and integrate Amazon Connect with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Amazon Connect for effective contact center operations
• Build IVR and interaction flows to boost customer service
• Analyze and customize features as per business needs
• Maintain serverless architecture using AWS Lambda
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• 0–2 years’ experience in IT or cloud roles
• Working knowledge of AWS and Amazon Connect
• Exposure to IVR systems and AI capabilities
• Understanding of contact center architectures
