In this role, you will be pivotal in addressing hardware and software failures via a ticketing system. As a focal point for internal inquiries, you'll not only provide solutions but also create documentation to boost team efficiency. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage and resolve Associate issues using a ticketing system
• Provide remote support with commonly used tools
• Assist with hardware setup and inventory management
• Communicate effectively through inbound and outbound calls
• Document common troubleshooting steps for the team
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in Customer Service and Technical Support
• Certifications in relevant technical fields
• Strong computer hardware and software knowledge
• Troubleshooting experience with printers and networks
• Familiarity with mobile devices usage
