Manager of Cyber Risk and Technology

Shape the future of cyber risk management as a Manager in Cyber & Technology Risk located in Toronto, Ontario. Engage with key business units to drive strategic risk assessments.

This full-time role requires close collaboration with Cybersecurity, IT, and Enterprise Risk Management teams to oversee and assess cyber risk initiatives. You will be responsible for aligning technology deployments with established cybersecurity roadmaps and ensuring governance practices are maintained. Your experience will be crucial in promoting a culture of Cyber Risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate cybersecurity technologies for effectiveness

• Develop and maintain Cyber Risk governance processes

• Liaise with internal stakeholders on risk management efforts

• Measure cyber program effectiveness against predefined metrics

• Foster an organizational culture of Cyber Risk awareness

Requirements:

• Over 7 years' experience in cyber technology management

• Familiarity with frameworks such as PCI, ISO, and NIST

• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM highly valued

• Expertise in network technologies and cloud solutions

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
