In this Operator II role, you will be the frontline for technical support r expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues will directly impact the service experience for clients in the enterprise gaming sector. The position combines working independently while overseeing critical system monitoring and managing escalations from Tier 1 teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor overall infrastructure health and system alerts
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting across platforms
• Resolve escalated incidents efficiently
• Collaborate closely with team members on technical complexities
• Maintain documentation for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a technical field
• Required CCNA certification
• Experience handling escalated technical incidents
• Familiarity with hardware and operating systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
