Position: Consultant for Test Environment Management
Become a Consultant for test environment management with CIBC and focus on infrastructure support. Collaborate with a team to enhance technical strategies and solutions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of issues using Jira and troubleshooting a variety of technical challenges. You'll provide recommendations for infrastructure enhancements while coordinating the creation and support of test environments with Service Now. Your contributions will promote efficiency in transitioning from on-premises to cloud functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead management of incidents and issues via Jira

• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions

• Create and support test environment deployments effectively

• Oversee business-as-usual activities and cloud migrations

• Devise new methods through analytical evaluation

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in managing test environments

• Strong background in incident management and change control

• Proficient in Operating Systems and Virtualization

• Knowledge of monitoring tools and automation scripting

• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
