Product Implementation Manager – Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC)
Location:
Toronto (483 Bay Street) until late 2026; thereafter Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway). Flexible hybrid schedule.
- Manage product, feature and service roll‑outs across FCC's portfolio.
- Collaborate with product solutions managers, marketing, training, and support teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies and roll‑out plans.
- Assist in internal training and documentation for operational and technical support staff.
- Work with clients to ensure successful deployment of new services and features within their organizations.
- Respond to, manage, and report product‑related client feedback; evaluate items for future deliverables.
- Maintain deep understanding of FCC’s products, act as product partner for Support and Strategic Account Management teams.
- Define and measure Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as part of implementation project plans; report on success and user adoption.
- Continuously improve the implementation framework, metrics, data visualization, and go‑to‑market processes.
- Conduct regular client focus groups to gather feedback and nurture client relationships.
- Align FCC product strategy and backlog with client needs.
- University degree or equivalent experience, with certification in adult training and development a plus.
- 3‑5 years of client‑facing B2B experience.
- Experience in product implementation and product or project management preferred.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering critical projects in SaaS environments.
- Strong organizational skills, efficient cross‑functional communication, and relationship building.
- Client‑focused mindset with ability to understand client needs.
- Analytical skills for defining, visualizing, and reporting business metrics.
- Research, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, leadership, and presentation abilities.
- Flexible working arrangements – 100% remote, hybrid, or in‑office options.
- Competitive total compensation: base salary $117,000–$140,000; discretionary performance bonus.
