Join the Innovation Practice squad at Interac, where you will support exciting projects like the Creativity Festival and the University Innovation Challenge. As an intern, you'll assist in co-creation workshops, engage with product discussions, and help develop Proof of Concept proposals.
Your role demands a blend of creativity, organization, and strategic thinking to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing and facilitating innovation events
• Support planning of company-wide kick-off events
• Shadow team members in product engagement discussions
• Conduct detailed research for decision-making support
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to teams
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Design, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational skills for complex projects
• Knowledge of design thinking methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation as you gain hands-on experience with Interac's leading initiatives.
