Position: Hybrid Technical Product Manager at Cineplex
Join Cineplex as a Technical Product Manager in a hybrid role, focused on customer identity and payment platform modernization. Lead initiatives that enhance performance and security during high-traffic periods.

In this 12-month contract position, you will oversee the evolution of Cineplex Connect alongside the Senior Manager of Digital Product Management. You will own the product roadmap while collaborating with key teams for effective delivery of CIAM, accounts, and wallet capabilities. Your hands-on experience in agile settings and CIAM platforms is vital for driving high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead modernization projects across customer identity and payment solutions

• Influence the product roadmap and backlog prioritization

• Ensure secure, high-performing solutions during peak traffic

• Build authority on best practices in identity and payment management

• Cultivate cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar

• Over 5 years of Technical Product Management experience

• 3+ years delivering solutions in agile environments

• Expertise in CIAM/IAM platforms and payment systems

• Knowledge of security, encryption, and user-friendly experiences
