Your role will focus on troubleshooting applications, database issues, and ensuring the stability of key systems.
In this position, you will provide expert technical support and lead efforts on incident resolution and system enhancements. Your background in financial systems and SQL will be crucial as you manage support tickets and collaborate with various teams to optimize performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer expert technical support for applications and integrations
• Troubleshoot server and database problems effectively
• Monitor system performance and apply preventive strategies
• Utilize Service Now or JIRA for ticket management
• Conduct incident investigations with root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Over 3 years’ experience in technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficient in communicating with non-technical users
