Position: Principal Cloud Security Developer Role
Elevate cloud security practices as a Principal Developer in a leading role. Drive key security initiatives within a flexible hybrid environment located in St. John's or Toronto.

As a Principal Developer on our Cloud Security team, you will design and embed security measures in our cloud systems  will leverage your extensive experience to influence security practices across teams and ensure systems remain secure while fostering innovation. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the security landscape of our AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish security direction for cloud systems

• Develop scalable security controls and policies

• Lead reviews on security risks and systems

• Drive high-impact security projects and initiatives

• Mentor and inform team members on security best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• 7+ years software engineering with cloud security knowledge

• Proven experience in cross-team security implementations

• Strong ability to communicate and mentor

• Certifications in cloud or security a plus
