Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure BMO timelines and needs are prioritized
• Proactively manage and escalate delivery issues
• Hold vendors accountable for SLAs and project milestones
• Report on project statuses, highlighting critical risks
• Maintain relationships between BMO and Broadridge
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in program management
• Excellent communication and escalation management abilities
• Experience in fast-paced, independent roles
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Jira
• Adaptability for ad hoc tasks required
