Jira Cloud Integration Technical Lead

Lead the charge on Service Now Jira Cloud integrations as a Technical Lead. Your expertise in synchronization solutions and enterprise architecture will be key in driving successful integrations.

We are looking for a Technical Lead / Solution Architect with over 7 years in enterprise integration. This position demands a hands-on approach with Jira Cloud and a strong understanding of API-based integrations. You will be responsible for developing a bidirectional synchronization solution using Informatica.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the integration design between Service Now and Jira Cloud

• Implement and support API-based integrations with Informatica

• Monitor operational lifecycle management of solutions

• Facilitate middleware support and error management

• Design integration architectures that are supportable and sustainable

Requirements:

• 7+ years in integration and solution architecture

• Experience with Jira Cloud REST APIs and webhooks

• Proficient in Service Now and ITSM integration processes

• Knowledge of reconciliation and conflict resolution strategies

• Strong design capabilities for enterprise synchronization solutions
