You will leverage your extensive experience in program management to enhance staffing processes and operational efficiency. As part of an entrepreneurial team with Google Cloud, you will be instrumental in connecting technical talent with business needs, leading discussions on best practices for staffing and utilization, and implementing strategic forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to establish staffing best practices

• Facilitate weekly strategy meetings for precise supply-demand forecasting

• Match developers to projects based on qualifications and availability

• Oversee developer utilization and overall health

• Create new efficiency metrics for staffing solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 5 years in project management or consulting

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM

• Experience with BI dashboards and capacity models

• Proven skills in staffing and forecasting
