Your role will focus on managing critical incidents with a calm approach while maintaining stakeholder trust and alignment.

As an integral member of our Global Technology Services Management and Support Team, you will direct the resolution of Managed Priority 3 incidents and ensure that complex technical issues are communicated effectively. With strong experience in IT operations and cloud services, you’ll enhance collaboration across teams and improve incident response processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of MP3 incidents from start to finish

• Communicate with business partners and technical teams effectively

• Support Priority 1 and 2 incident responses as needed

• Create clear documentation for incident timelines and decisions

• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams during incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in Incident Management, IT Operations, or SRE

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Proven ability to lead during critical service disruptions

• Experience with IT Service Management concepts
