Be the driving force of Agile Scrum practices in technology initiatives, including mobile and ecommerce development. Focus on team coaching and stakeholder engagement.
In your role as an Agile Scrum Master, you will facilitate crucial Scrum ceremonies to ensure the timely delivery of digital products, such as mobile apps and ecommerce features. You will create effective Agile dashboards in Azure Dev Ops/JIRA that enhance visibility, contributing to high client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ceremonies
• Ensure effective backlog management and sprint goal setting
• Implement Agile dashboards in Azure Dev Ops/JIRA
• Coach teams and fellow Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies
• Remove impediments to maintain team productivity
Requirements:
• Solid experience in Scrum Master roles for tech projects
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI
• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops and JIRA
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to manage conflicts and enhance Agile practices
