Toronto Hybrid Product Support Engineer

The financial services client is looking for a Product Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience. In this role, you'll use tools like GENEOS and Control M to manage production systems effectively. Your technical skills in MSSQL and Oracle are essential as you work with diverse teams to maintain platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve production system incidents to ensure stability
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to find solutions
• Participate in shift rotations for coverage as needed
• Document knowledge and resolutions for improvement
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in production incident management
• Experience with GENEOS, Control M, and SQL databases
• Proficient in Windows Server Administration tasks
• Familiarity with Web Sphere and IIS platforms
• Technical degree required
