We’re shaping the future of lead generation — and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the next chapter.

About the Role As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy for the Active Prospect platform.

You will work closely with executive leadership, product managers, customers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact opportunities, define clear product direction, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded product leader who thrives in both strategy and execution.

You should be comfortable moving from customer discovery and market analysis to roadmap planning, feature scoping, experiment review, launch support, and outcome measurement.

We are looking for someone who has worked in high-quality marketing technology, advertising technology, CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, workflow automation, or similar SaaS environments.

The ideal candidate has experience with products that include creation workflows, rules or automation engines, collaboration, analytics, integrations, and clear ROI measurement. Product Strategy & Roadmap Own and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.

  • Translate business goals into product priorities, balancing long-term vision with iterative value delivery.
  • Drive Go-to-market decision making to ensure business goals from product releases are achieved.
  • Quantify and model opportunity sizes to inform investment decisions and sequencing.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and ensure resources are focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for your domain.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate product development workflows, including research, PRD development, prototyping, analysis, and experimentation.
  • Customer & Market Insights Maintain a deep understanding of both lead buyers and sellers, speaking regularly with customers to uncover pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable strategies and feature development.
  • Stay informed on competitor trends, compliance regulations, and technology advancements influencing the lead ecosystem.
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is central to product decisions and trade-offs.
  • Build customer feedback loops, including a customer advisory board, to continuously validate product direction.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making Define and own the core business metrics for your product area, including lead volume, quality, conversion, yield, and ROI.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure success.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to establish clear KPI tracking and visibility for leadership.
  • Incorporate experimentation and testing frameworks to evaluate product improvements and GTM effectiveness.
  • Execution & Product Management Drive high-quality, predictable delivery in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Lead scoping sessions and manage prioritization across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Ensure new capabilities are launched with clear success criteria, tracking, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Client Success to plan GTM launches and customer onboarding that deliver measurable business impact.
