Be a part of Axiom Technologies as a Desktop Support Engineer based in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves providing essential technical support and managing service requests in a hybrid model.
As a part-time Independent Contractor, you will engage in first and second-level support with responsibilities such as triaging tickets and performing IMAC tasks. With over 3 years in IT field support, you will utilize your troubleshooting expertise to resolve user issues while maintaining compliance with desktop procedures and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1st and 2nd level help desk support
• Triage and efficiently manage service tickets
• Conduct intermediate-to-advanced IMAC services
• Provide on-site troubleshooting for network issues
• Update knowledge repositories consistently
Requirements:
• 3+ years providing IT infrastructure support
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in hardware and software
• A+ certification and additional vendor certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Windows 10, 11, and Office 365
• Strong communication and customer service skills
