As an integral part of the IT department, you’ll work closely with the IT Director to address user needs and ensure efficient IT operations.
Your role involves managing helpdesk tasks, training users, and providing comprehensive support for critical infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial for the maintenance and smooth operation of all technological resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Level 1 helpdesk support and service
• Oversee equipment deployment and system configuration
• Monitor server performance and application reliability
• Train staff on IT systems and best practices
• Provide 24/7 support during technology emergencies
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of IT experience required
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology
• Experience in family office environments
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
