This role involves delivering Level 1 helpdesk support, deploying equipment, and ensuring system reliability across diverse technologies. Your expertise in IT, along with a customer-oriented approach, will be pivotal in enhancing user experiences and maintaining operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support and process work requests
• Deploy employee IT equipment and manage configuration changes
• Monitor servers and network applications for service continuity
• Maintain critical systems including servers and messaging platforms
• Train users on effective hardware/software usage
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of IT experience is required
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Required experience in a family office
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
