About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and performance–driven Digital Marketing Lead to oversee paid media, email marketing, digital reporting, and e–commerce marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution, understands digital growth, and is excited to help scale a fast–paced luxury e–commerce brand.

This role may be based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid media, email marketing, and e–commerce campaigns to support company growth targets
  • Oversee day–to–day execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross–functional dependencies are managed effectively
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital customer touch points
  • Collaborate closely with Buying, E–commerce, Retail, and Creative teams to align storytelling across launches, promotions, and key campaigns
  • Support campaign planning and digital go–to–market execution across e–commerce and retail initiatives
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
  • Partner with internal and external teams on ad trafficking, reporting, creative testing, and weekly optimizations
  • Monitor and report on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and customer acquisition performance
  • Support budget pacing and campaign allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Identify opportunities for growth through audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creative testing
Email Marketing & CRM
  • Lead Klaviyo email marketing operations including campaign planning, segmentation, automated flows, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Build and maintain email marketing calendars aligned with launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Develop strategies focused on customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and lifecycle marketing
  • Continuously optimize email performance through testing, reporting, and customer insights
Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards across paid media, email, and ecommerce performance
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Present actionable recommendations to leadership based on performance metrics
  • Track KPIs related to acquisition, retention, conversion, and revenue growth
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, e–commerce marketing, or CRM
  • Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns focused on ROAS and conversion
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and interpreting performance data
  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast–paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, e–commerce, or resale is considered a strong asset
