As the first Customer Onboarding Specialist at CoLab, your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients. You will lead the transition from sales to implementation, supporting users through tailored training and integration setup. Collaborating with the Customer Success team, your work will ensure that customers experience real value as they adopt CoLab.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead kickoff meetings and training tailored to use cases
• Configure environments and manage user permissions
• Define onboarding timelines and track customer accountability
• Drive connection to educational resources post-launch
• Support large-scale rollouts across global teams
Requirements:
• 2+ years in technical training or customer onboarding
• Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and workflows
• Experience with enterprise-level deployments
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts
• Organized and proactive in a collaborative environment
