In this Lead Consultant position, you will need a minimum of 7 years in IT, focusing on core HR, talent, and learning modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. You’ll be involved in project life cycles, ensuring smooth execution from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Your analytical skills will help navigate technical challenges, and your ability to communicate complex solutions will facilitate effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Direct project discussions and manage stakeholder expectations

• Ensure smooth SDLC process for project life cycles

• Manage security role design and data migration efforts

• Generate status reports highlighting project risks

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions

• Hands-on experience with public sector clients

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• Must be eligible to work in Canada

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies
