As a key member of the Digital Product Management Team, you will address incident resolution and guarantee system performance for front-office investment platforms.
Your role will involve troubleshooting connectivity issues using the FIX protocol and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance platform functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support front-office investment platforms, ensuring incident resolution
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues

Requirements:
• Technical support experience with Charles River or equivalent
• Proficient in SQL and scripting for data analysis
• Knowledge of investment products, including ETFs and fixed income
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems like JIRA
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure
