This position is responsible for guiding and enabling Agile teams, reporting to the Manager of Project and Product Services. The Scrum Master plays a vital role in ensuring teams deliver value sustainably by addressing impediments and enhancing team efficiency. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align business objectives with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile teams in delivering product initiatives
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and team discussions
• Analyze and track Agile metrics for performance improvement
• Develop effective relationships with business partners
• Manage scope changes during sprints effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in technology
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC processes
• Proficiency in MS Suite and Agile tools like JIRA
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Solid communication skills for diverse stakeholders
