You Tube Partnerships & Sales Specialist — Toronto
Hume Health is a fast-growing health and wellness wearable brand scaling across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. You Tube is one of our highest-leverage channels and a major growth priority. We're hiring a dedicated You Tube specialist to own and scale it end to end — across both creator integrations and dedicated videos.

This is a high-ownership role for an early-career operator who's hungry, driven, and excited to build a channel from the ground up. You'll run creator outreach, drive deals forward, manage relationships, and own the pipeline that turns You Tube partnerships into revenue. You'll work closely with our partnerships leadership and our logistics team to keep deals and content moving.

What you'll do

Own the You Tube channel end to end across our markets — both integrations and dedicated videos

Source and pitch new creators, and run high-volume outreach to build a healthy, growing pipeline

Drive deals forward: qualify creators, align on deliverables and timelines, and negotiate rates to close partnerships

Manage creator relationships throughout the partnership — keep them engaged and coming back for repeat deals

Review and give feedback on creator content and briefs to keep it on-brand and high-performing

Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables with our logistics team to keep content shipping on schedule

Track performance across the channel and optimize for ROI, doubling down on what works

Build the systems and playbooks that let the channel scale beyond you over time

What we're looking for

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or creator/influencer marketing

A natural closer — confident with outreach, pitching, and negotiation, and comfortable owning deals end to end

Strong relationship-builder who can keep a pipeline moving and creators engaged

Highly organized and self‑directed — you can own a channel without needing to be managed closely

Hungry, coachable, and excited to grow with a scaling team

Bonus: hands‑on familiarity with You Tube as a platform, an understanding of how You Tube creators and sponsor ships work, or experience creating/managing video content

A strategic, high‑visibility channel with significant runway and budget — and the autonomy to scale it

We're a small, fast‑growing team — there's plenty of room to make the role your own, take on more, and move up into a Manager role as the channel grows
