Designing User Experiences at Clio

Join Clio as a Senior Product Designer, focusing on research-driven design for legal software. This position is hybrid, with office presence required twice weekly for candidates in Canada and the US.

In this role, you’ll play an integral part within Clio’s Enterprise division, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver powerful design solutions. Your work will enhance how legal professionals access and utilize complex information through Vincent’s innovative platform. Expect to engage regularly in user research and develop design patterns that optimize user workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs that simplify complex legal information

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams

• Conduct usability testing to refine user experiences

• Advocate for enhancing enterprise user workflows

• Share design insights in team critiques

Requirements:

• 6+ years in product design, ideally with SaaS experience

• Proven history of solving information workflow challenges

• Strong understanding of user experience principles

• Skilled in Figma or similar design software

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
